Mid-December to mid-April:
Unit 501 & 502: US $2,200;
Unit 1911,1912,1811 & 811: US $2,800
Mid-April to mid December:
Unit 501 & 502: US $1,200;
Unit 1911,1912,1811 & 811: US $1,800
Rates quoted include cleaning fee & applicable state and county taxes.
Terms and Conditions
- the minimum tenancy is 7 nights and a rental week is Saturday to Saturday
- rates include professional cleaning of unit before and after tenancy
- a $100 USD registration fee is payable upon arrival *this fee is set by the condo's board and must be paid on site at the condo office*
- discounts are available for tenancies in excess of two weeks
- these are no-smoking units, and pets are not permitted
